Why Should I Become a Member of LIDLA? What’s In It For Me?

A reasonable question.  No one wants to put money and effort into something not productive.  Being a member of LIDLA is without doubt productive, more so if you put a little time and effort into it. Your membership in LIDLA is the most treasured commodity of the association. Without it we cannot provide representation of the industry on Long Island, and beyond - nor the many varied services, both tangible and intangible, our members enjoy.  Additionally we would not have a strong voice elsewhere in the laboratory profession.  Did you know that LIDLA is the largest and most active dental lab association in Northeast USA, giving meaningful services twelve months a year?

We have been an important and major influence in dental technology in the Greater New York area for over 50-years. Experience has shown that if you avail yourself of what LIDLA has to offer membership costs almost nothing because, by participating fully it brings you a return of more than your yearly dues, in the value to your future such participation affords. Thus, how actively you use your associations services determines this.

Being a member of LIDLA is not a heavy financial outlay. Dues are modest. LIDLA is a not-for-profit association, and has no paid employees; it operates with volunteer officers and committee persons, thus all dues are used for the benefit of Members. Why not  become part of the LIDLA family this year. With strength of numbers we have a wonderful opportunity to approach the challenges of the new millennium with a feeling that something good is round the corner.

"What's in it for me” is a reality if you digest what we  have said, and help bring it to fruition.
