Dear Members:
On Friday, October25th. we lost one of our long-standing members. HOWARD MICHAELSON, CDT,
who succumbed to Cancer. A dedicated technician, he was owner of Lema Dental
Laboratory in Setauket for over 30 years. Recently he was honored as a 35 year CDT
holder. Howard was very skilled in Implants, C&B and removables. The
dental profession lost a good friend we offer our condolences to his family. If you need further

Notice is hereby given that the
2002 Annual Meeting of the Association, pursuant to the requirements of
its Constitution and Bylaws will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2002at
7:00 o'clock in the evening at Henry Schein World HQ, Duryea Road, Melville,
The meeting will be called to order to receive the report of the Nominating Committee*, elect the Officers for 2003,discharge the 2002 Nominating committee, and conduct such business
requiring the attention of the membership, as is pertinent to said meeting.
