Summer Break

About Members

Henry F. Metzler and his wife, Loretta, are spending their retirement between New Jersey and Florida. From January to June they live at their house at 4575 Whitton Way, New Port Richie, FL. 34653, and July to December at 1932 Valley Road, Millington NJ. 07946. We wish them many years of retired joy.

Success
Have you found that the Road to Success is always under construction?

During summer there is little professional news and information so this issue of The Articulator contains useful data hope may be of interest or guidance to members.

AARP says "Do you think there is enough in your 'piggy bank' to retire in style?" Punch your numbers into their new online retirement calculator to see if they add up - www.aarp.org/ bulletin

AARP suggests members look at an exclusive survey of America's 50 top hospitals before you get sick

We assume non-AARP members can use the site.

Age for
Medicare Eligibility

The age for Medicare benefits has not changed - it remains at 65. However, Social Security Eligibility age changes. It is being raised from 65 to 67; phased in gradually and effects everyone born after 1937. People in that age group will have to wait longer to collect full benefits. For a chart showing complete age requirements see website:
